Eine erste Adresse, alteingesessenes Münchener Hotel - hier treffen sich die Promis. Münchener Charme, sehr gute Bar. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die 4 Restaurants, 2 im Erdgeschoss (Garden Restaurant unter Glasdach mit rustikalem Charme und exzellentem Service und das Atelier in Sternequalität), eines im Keller (schummrig, exotische Küche) und eines auf dem Dach, in dem man mit Blick über München traumhaft frühstücken kann. Dank der Lage mitten im Zentrum bestens geeignet auch für Shopping-Ausflüge - sofern man das Hotel überhaupt verlassen will...

Trotz Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof sehr gutes Hotel, bestens geeignet für Zimmerbesuche. Moderne Atmosphäre mit schwarzem Marmor.

The panoramic view from the top of Mandarin Oriental, Munich offers a clear orientation of the main sights with the twin domed towers of the Church of Our Lady, the famous landmarks, rising proud between numerous ornate spires.

Sehr edles Hotel, schöne Halle in warmen Holztönen, Piano-Player. Exzellentes Restaurant, zuvorkommender Service. Eher das etwas gesetzte Publikum (was nicht "alt" heißt!)

Wohl das beste Hotel am Platz. Relativ kleiner Bar-/Hallen-Bereich, aber sehr ideenreiche, einfühlsame Barkeeper. Sehr internationales Publikum. Zimmer mit viel Stil (modern) eingerichet, toller Blick über die Stadt. Wer sich gerne zu welchem Zweck auch immer im Bad aufhält, wird sich hier ebenfalls besonders wohl fühlen. Ein kleiner Park trennt das Hotel von der Innenstadt, die nicht mehr ganz in Laufreichweite ist (wenn SIE High-Heels trägt). Extrem aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Service - nicht zu überbieten! Restaurant nicht mein Fall, Frühstück dagegen überirdisch!

Neben dem Bayerischen Hof das andere traditionelle Spitzenhotel Münchens. Die Hotelhalle lädt auch ohne Hotelbesuch zum Verweilen ein - etwa wenn man beim Einkaufsbummel in München's Edeleinkaufstrasse, der Maximilianstrasse, eine Pause auf einen Nachmittagstee oder einen Spriz-Aperol einlegen möchte. Sehr empfehlenswert auch der Friseur, dessen geschmeidige Hand über die Hotelgrenzen hinaus begehrt ist - wenngleich eine VENUS ihn kaum benötigen wird :-)
